the check-in was an absolute disaster, took forever thanks to too many questions, clearly, no one informed the staff about basic efficiency. Plus, the so-called 'complimentary' water bottle was empty! I asked for a room change but was told I had to pay for it. such terrible service, I almost gave a good review but just couldn't!

the hotel is very clean and the staff were super friendly, really helpful with my kids and the food was pretty good with lots of options. breakfast had yummy stuff like fresh omelettes and sweet desserts. location is nice near the beach and the entertainment was fun for the little ones too! totally great for families with kids who want a chill time at the beach.

Chairs on the sun deck come with a fee, which can add up quickly for families, and noise levels in the dining hall during peak times may disrupt a relaxed meal. the water bottles in the room were empty upon arrival. it's a basic detail that could've improved the welcome experience significantly.

Our stay was delightful with beautiful views overlooking the Mediterranean from our room, which made every morning special. The extensive breakfast options were particularly impressive, featuring freshly made omelettes and a great array of local delicacies. We loved the special themed dinners that showcased regional cuisine, which truly enhanced our dining experience. Although the hotel had some dated features, like the décor, the charming atmosphere and enjoyable activities more than made up for it.

This place suits me perfectly with amazing amenities like an outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and a children's play area. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with bug spray. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape!
